PINSTRIPE’s Debra Forman is recognized as a pioneer in Canadian law firm professional development. She has extensive expertise developing curricula, programs, assessments and orientation programs for law students, associates and partners. Before establishing Pinstripe, Debra held senior professional and business development positions at three major Canadian law firms.

Debra advises law firms and organizations on their professional development needs and continues to mentor professional development directors as she has for close to 20 years. An early member of the Professional Development Consortium, she helped to organize many of the PDC’s semi-annual programs and served as Chair from 1996-1998.
