ONE-ON-ONE EXECUTIVE COACHING

PINSTRIPE coaches clients to excel and achieve the objectives they desire. PINSTRIPE’s coaching services include: attracting new business opportunities, “finding” and managing time effectively, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills, and conducting business strategically. PINSTRIPE also has considerable experience coaching diverse executives and lawyers.

Individual coaching arrangements typically last six to twelve months, with a three-month minimum. Telephone and face-to-face sessions are typically held on a weekly basis at a specified time and last up to one hour. Longer strategic sessions held bi-weekly or monthly are also available. To ensure accountability, the client will initiate each call. Face-to-face sessions are typically held at the client’s office. Regardless of the format, clients select a day and time for their coaching sessions. If sessions need to be rescheduled, there is flexibility to rearrange/makeup sessions, within limits and with advance notice.
