Debra Forman of  PINSTRIPE COACHING is a certified Executive Coach who collaborates with senior executives and lawyers in one-on-one and group coaching sessions that are fuelled by clients’ objectives.

With close to 30 years of experience working with business and legal professionals, Debra partners with clients to help them realize their goals. Working jointly with Debra, clients foster communication and leadership skills, attain time, productivity and project management efficiencies, and effectively position themselves in their markets.

Recognized as one of the pioneers in Canadian law firm professional and business development, Debra has two Master’s degrees. Between 1992 and 2007, she held senior professional and business development positions in three prominent Canadian law firms.

Debra completed her Executive Coach certification in New York at one of North America’s leading coaching institutes and is accredited by the International Coach Federation as a PCC. Debra is also an Accredited Energy Leadership Coach and is certified to deliver the Energy Leadership Index assessment tool.
